Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hemway555 L.L.C. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MindRush: Brain Puzzles mobile application ("App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your username and email address (via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In).
Gameplay data: Your scores, progress, levels completed, high scores, badges, and in-game preferences.
Device information: A device advertising identifier (provided by your device's operating system) used for ad personalisation via Google AdMob. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings.
Purchase history: Records of in-app purchases and subscription status, managed by RevenueCat.
Usage data: General app usage patterns collected anonymously to improve the App.

We do not collect location data, contacts, health data, photos, financial account numbers, or any other sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and game profile.
To save your progress and sync it across devices.
To display your score on the global leaderboard (username only — no email is ever shown publicly).
To fulfil in-app purchases and manage your subscription.
To show advertisements via Google AdMob (free tier users). Pro subscribers see no ads.
To send push notifications (only with your explicit permission, which you can revoke at any time).
To improve and debug the App.

3. Advertising and Tracking (AdMob)

The free version of MindRush uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your device advertising identifier to show relevant ads. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any tracking occurs. You can decline tracking and still use the App — you will simply see non-personalised ads.

If you upgrade to MindRush Pro, all ads are removed entirely and no advertising tracking takes place.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Supabase — database and authentication. supabase.com/privacy
RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management. revenuecat.com/privacy
Google AdMob — in-app advertising. policies.google.com/privacy
Apple Sign In / Google Sign In — authentication only. We receive only your email address and display name from these services.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Guest mode data is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the App while in guest mode, your progress is permanently lost.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data — contact us at support@mindrushapp.com to request a copy.
Correct your data — you can update your username directly within the App.
Delete your account — go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the App. This immediately and permanently erases all your data from our servers.
Opt out of tracking — decline the ATT prompt on iOS, or go to your device Settings to limit ad tracking.
Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time in your device Settings or within the App.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA respectively. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

MindRush is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@mindrushapp.com and we will delete that information promptly.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (via Settings → Account → Delete Account), all personal data is permanently erased from our servers within 24 hours. Anonymous usage statistics may be retained for analytical purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify you via a push notification or in-app message.
