Privacy Policy

Hemway555 L.L.C. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Smart Arcade Blitz mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app. By using Smart Arcade Blitz, you also agree to our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide and improve Smart Arcade Blitz:

• Usage data: Game scores, puzzle completion times, streaks, and feature usage. This data is stored locally on your device and is not linked to your identity.
• Leaderboard scores: If you submit a score to our in-app leaderboards, that score is transmitted to our servers (hosted by Supabase) alongside a pseudonymous user identifier. No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is attached to leaderboard entries.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version. Collected anonymously via Firebase Analytics for crash reporting, compatibility, and usage analytics.
• Purchase information: If you subscribe to Smart Arcade Blitz Premium, your transaction is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat but do not receive or store your payment details.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily sign in (e.g., via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In), in which case only a minimal profile is created for cloud features. Smart Arcade Blitz does not require an account to play.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to operate and improve the App, display leaderboards, serve ads (free version only), diagnose crashes, and analyze aggregate usage trends. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or for any purpose unrelated to the App.

4. Third-Party Services

Smart Arcade Blitz uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / Google Play: For app distribution and subscription management.
• Google AdMob: For serving ads in the free version. AdMob may collect anonymous device identifiers for ad targeting.
• Firebase Analytics (Google): For anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat receives your anonymous user ID and purchase receipts.
• Supabase: For leaderboard data storage. Only pseudonymous scores are stored.

5. Advertising

The free version of Smart Arcade Blitz displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect anonymous device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads). Smart Arcade Blitz Premium subscribers see no ads.

6. Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This applies under all applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we collect minimal data and no personally identifiable information from most users, there is no personal data to sell.

7. Data Retention

Local game data is stored on your device and persists until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Leaderboard scores stored on our servers are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion or delete your account through the App's Settings. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase in accordance with Google's data retention policies. We do not maintain any database of personal user information.

8. Children's Privacy

Smart Arcade Blitz is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). Since the app does not require an account or collect personal data from most users, there is no age-gated information to protect. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Data Storage and Security

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. Leaderboard scores are stored on servers hosted by Supabase with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited data we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to opt out of certain processing. Since we collect minimal data:

• Account deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data (including leaderboard scores) from Settings within the App.
• Ad opt-out: You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings.
• Analytics opt-out: You can disable analytics data sharing via your device's privacy settings.

If you believe we hold any information about you or wish to exercise any privacy rights, contact us at support@smartarcadeblitz.com and we will respond within 30 days.

11. International Users

Smart Arcade Blitz is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will also provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
