How do I restore my purchases after reinstalling?
Open the App, go to Settings → Account → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you originally used to purchase. If the issue persists, contact us at support@mindrushapp.com.
My subscription isn't showing as active. What do I do?
First, try Settings → Account → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it, check your subscription status in your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Still having trouble? Email us at support@mindrushapp.com with your username and the email on your account.
How do I cancel my MindRush Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google — not by us.

iOS: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → MindRush → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MindRush → Cancel.

You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
I lost my progress after updating the app. Can it be recovered?
If you were signed in with an account (Apple or Google), your progress is saved to the cloud and will be restored when you sign in again. If you were playing as a guest, progress is stored locally on your device. Email us at support@mindrushapp.com if you believe your cloud data was lost — we may be able to assist.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the App. You'll be asked to confirm twice. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently and immediately deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
We'd love to hear from you! Email support@mindrushapp.com with the subject "Bug Report" or "Feature Request". For bugs, please include your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened.
Why am I seeing ads even on a paid subscription?
MindRush Pro removes all ads. If you're still seeing ads, your subscription may not be active on this device. Try Settings → Account → Restore Purchases to fix this. If ads persist after restoring, please contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you made the purchase. We cannot process refunds directly.

iOS: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: Request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase, or contact Google Play Support.
What data does MindRush collect about me?
We collect your username, email address (for authentication), game scores and progress, and a device advertising ID (used for ads in the free version). We never collect location, contacts, or financial data. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
